About Me

I’m Angad Muthyala, a backend engineer focused on building scalable systems and integrating AI into production environments. I design and develop backend architectures that are reliable, maintainable, and built for real-world scale.

My work spans high-performance APIs, real-time systems, authentication workflows, and ML-powered pipelines. I’ve built and shipped full-stack products, architected structured backend services, and contributed to system-level decisions that improve performance and reliability.

Technically, I work across Python, Golang, and TypeScript, building services with frameworks like NestJS, FastAPI, and Flask. I’ve worked with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and vector databases, and have experience deploying machine learning systems using PyTorch and Scikit-learn. My interests lie at the intersection of backend infrastructure and applied AI.

Beyond engineering, I’ve led developer communities and technical initiatives, organizing workshops, mentoring peers, and fostering open-source contributions. I believe strong systems are built by strong teams, and strong teams are built through shared knowledge.
